Breakfast is lovely and staff is helpful. Coffee and air conditioning in the room were convenient. Conveniently located for us.

Excellent location, comfortable bed. Tea, cereal, pastries and coffee for breakfast, nice touch. We were there for 5 nights but felt we would stay there again.

hotel staff does not speak Spanish, as in all of New York, with the minimum of English, you will do more than well. hotel showers have their own trick to make it work. They have the Delta Monitor system which has the same knob that controls the temperature and opening of the water flow and only allows the water to pass to the bathtub. To make the shower work, once the water flow is opened, you have to pull down the golden area of the spout where the water comes out for the tub. It is very simple but confusing the first time. There are even tutorials on youtube on how to make them work (in fact I had to see one hahaha)

location of the hotel is excellent just two blocks from the 40th Street - Lowery Street train line 7 that takes you directly to Manhattan. There is a McDonald's across the street, close to a dollar tree, small supermarkets. breakfast was the same every day, it's good inside and guy who works there is excellent, he keeps the breakfast area pretty clean, if you don't get full, you have other places nearby and very affordable. In our case we went with a child and His car, to go to the elevator they have a small elevator for people with disabilities or people with children who take them by car, receptionists very kindly assisted us when we arrived. We would have liked the breakfast to be a little more assorted, maybe some fruit, yogurt, change at least one day the eggs for pancakes or waffles something like that. As for the bed sheets, we stayed 5 days and they only fixed them, but they left us the same sheet, I think they were able to change it at least once.

I thought it was a pretty good hotel looking at the quality and price is unbeatable, is next to 2 subway stations and in 10 minutes you're in Manhattan, in the neighborhood there are all MC Donald, Burger King, Dolar Tree, pharmacies etc, neighborhood super safe and great, last day our plane did not leave until 10 p. m. we could leave the bags in the hotel without problem to enjoy the last hours, in general I would book this hotel again without any doubt, it is not a big luxury but for me it is great, I did not see anything bad in other comments.
Personally I am not a person of great demands when it comes to staying in a hotel so there is nothing that I would not really like, I think that for the price I pay for 5 nights is more than good hotel and breakfast included.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The subway station is only 75m accross the street and within 15m you're on times square. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are sufficiently large. Bathroom is clean and water pressure is OK.
Some of the rooms in front of the building are noisy. Furthermore the Breakfast is very limited and the breakfast room too small to handle all guests.

The rooms were nice, the staff was nice and it was cheaper than any other hotel we looked at. The subway is 3min walk from the hotel and you get to Times square in less than 20min!
